| All Value Packs and Gift Cards are shipped at a flat fee of $5.00 via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Signatures are required to confirm delivery. Normally, products are shipped within two business days after the order is received. Please allow 5 to 7 days for secure delivery.
All products are available, during normal business hours, in our lobby at 395 County Road 39A, Southampton, NY. There are no shipping or handling charges on any product picked up at our lobby.
Products other than Value Packs and Gift Cards are charged actual shipping and packaging costs. Generally these items are sent UPS ground but other options are available.
There is never a handling charge on Show Tour reservations. Please read our Conditions of Use for important information regarding the use of this web site and your order.
