Reserved passengers must be at the stop
at least 7 minutes before departure time in order to hold their
reservation. Please call or go online if you must change or cancel a reservation. Reseervations made online must be canceled or changed online.

Arrival times are estimates and can vary due to weather, traffic conditions, road conditions and day of week. We are not responsible for delays or
cancellations due to causes beyond our control. Please note that trip offerings on our web site are always currrent.

Tickets, Payment and Special Fares:
Payment on board may be by cash, ticket, credit card or by check
if you are an Express Club member and have your membership card with you. American Express,
Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards may be used for payment only if the credit card is on board
with the passenger. Open (unreserved) tickets, including Value Pack ticket books, can be purchased at
The Omni in Southampton, through our accounting office or order on-line.
Discounted fares are available for those who purchase and pay for their tickets onlone. Late cancel fees of $5.00 per seat are applicable to any online
internet fare that is canceled within 4 hours of the scheduled departure time. Double bookings may result in cancellation of all outstanding reservations
for the date of the double bookings.
Luggage and Freight:
Luggage must be checked (except carry-on). $250.00 maximum luggage liability.
Packages, freight and other items not accompanied by a passenger are subject to a $100.00 maximum liability.
HJ will not knowingly accept or transport any luggage or freight item with a value in excess of $1,000.00.
HJ is not responsible for unchecked luggage and freight. Please tag all luggage and freight with name, address
and phone number. Two bags per passenger may be checked as luggage at no charge. Additional bags are charged at $15.00 each. Surfboards, bikes and other
special handling items are an additional $15.00. HJ reserves the right to inspect the contents of luggage
On select trips, transfers may be required.
Smoking is prohibited by law on public transportation.
Pets are charged $10.00 on Montauk,Westhampton and North Fork Lines and must be
kept in an approved, small, enclosed carrier throughout the trip per NY State Dot
regulations. If pet carrier does not fit under seat or can not be kept on the
pasenger's lap, full fare will be charged for each seat occupied by the carrier.
HJ airport connection stops are convenient to JFK, LaGuardia and Islip/MacArthur airports.
Important additional connection information.
- Airport connection passengers should take a cab from JFK or LaGuardia to our stop in Fresh Meadows, Queens,
at the corner of 190th Street and the Eastbound Service Road of the L.I.E. (Take L.I.E.to Exit 25 eastbound,
follow the service road to the front of the Fresh Meadows Cineplex Odeon Movie Theatre).
- Islip/MacArthur Airport connection passengers should take a cab to the southeast corner of Ronkonkoma Avenue
and the Eastbound L.I.E. Service Road. (L.I.E. Exit 60 Eastbound).
- JFK or LaGuardia passengers disembark at Main Street and the Westbound L.I.E. Service Road in Queens.
(L.I.E. Exit 23 Westbound). From this point, the airports are a short cab ride away.
- Islip passengers disembark at the northwest corner of Ronkonkoma Avenue and the Westbound L.I.E. Service Road.
(L.I.E. Exit 60 Westbound), in front of the Exxon gas station. From this point, the airport is a short cab ride away.
