• Mother Ginger’s skirt is supported by a 40-pound metal frame

• most of the scenery in the production is actually painted fabric

Walk the esplanade of flowering arches.

Riviera Holiday beckons you to embrace your inner romantic and create a Mediterranean inspired garden of your own. Ornate pottery and patterned tiles, a well-placed pergola and abundant clusters of scented flowers, ornamental fountains and herb parterres provide irresistible appeal along with sustainable lower maintenance, water-wise options that are both responsive to and reflective of temperate conditions.

The Philadelphia Flower Show Marketplace features almost 200 vendors selling garden furniture, one-of-a-kind plant containers, hand-crafted jewelry, garden tools, and so much more.

Stop in and see our Butterflies Live! Exhibit. This is an interactive exhibit presented by California’s SkyRiver Butterflies. This fully immersive habitat features native plants that attract butterflies and encourage pollination. More than 1,000 butterflies of 20+ domestic and exotic species are included in the attraction. You will have the chance to walk through the pollinator garden and feed the butterflies.

Concessionaires with food, wine and beer are stationed throughout the Show Floor, and free wine and spirits tastings are hosted by PA Fine Wine and Spirits in the Grand Hall.

*We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes
to explore the 10 acres of colorful floral displays*

NOTE: Food is available at the Flower Show throughout the Pennsylvania Convention Center. There are Snack Bars at the rear of the main exhibit hall, and full dining services located on Level 3 above the exhibition halls in the Overlook Café (a nice place to take a rest, too). You will also find numerous restaurants in the area immediately surrounding the Convention Center, including Reading Terminal Market (Philadelphia’s historic farmers market) an exhilarating selection of baked goods, Amish specialties, meats, poultry, seafood, produce, flowers, ethnic foods, cookware and eclectic restaurants are interspersed throughout the Market. WESTSIDESTORY The most exciting musical theater masterpiece of the 20th century. The most visionary theatrical talents of the 21st century. “GIRL FROM THE NORTH COUNTRY” MUSIC & LYRICS BY BOB DYLAN [SF}

NORTH_COUNTRY Bob Dylan’s inimitable songbook is authentically transformed into this achingly beautiful story of a down-on-its-luck community on the brink of change in Duluth, Minnesota in 1934.

A time-weathered guesthouse in the heartland of America. Only a song can shake off the dust for one group of wayward souls—and old dreams may hold the promise of new beginnings. As they pass in and out of each other’s lives, their stories awaken with passion, fury and extraordinary beauty.

Reimagining the music of Bob Dylan as roof-raising ensemble pieces and soul-stirring solos, celebrated playwright Conor McPherson (The Weir, The Seafarer) writes and directs this heartbreaking and universal story about family and love.

GIRL FROM THE NORTH COUNTRY is a breathtaking new show that Ben Brantley of The New York Times calls “A Ravishing Production. You may find yourself thinking that this is as close as mortals come to heaven on Earth.”

Peter Marks from the The Washington Post calls it “A Triumph. Gorgeous, Thrilling and Moving.”

And Barbara Schuler from Newsday wrote: “A Gripping Drama that Defies Categorization.”

Tour package includes: Orchestra show ticket, lunch, and deluxe round-trip transportation.
Not included: Gratuities for motor coach driver and escort, which are left to your discretion.
