You can also shop and feel right at home with nostalgic gifts, house wares and goodies including games & toys reminiscent of the old country store. The store has thousands of gift items. Included in your stay will be a Gift card you can use to shop or put it toward your meal. Don’t spend all your money! You’ll want to save some for our next stop.
- 1:30 p.m., arrive at the CHRISTMAS TREE SHOP in Orange, Ct. where everyday is a sale. DO YOU LOVE A BARGAIN?
- Depart Christmas Tree Shop at 4:00 p.m.
- At 4:30 p.m., a stop will be made at STEW LEONARD’S. From its humble beginnings as a small dairy store founded in 1969 with seven employees, Stew Leonard’s has grown to become not only the World’s Largest Dairy Store, but one of the most renowned grocery stores. Stew Leonard’s was dubbed the “Disneyland of Dairy Stores”, because of its own milk processing plant, costumed characters, scheduled entertainment, petting zoo and animatronics throughout the store.
- At 5:30 p.m., depart for home, with an estimated time of return to Greenport between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m.
